Lancia Lindo is a shining example how how customer service should be. She was patient, kind, professional and very respectful. She was patient with me throughout the whole process. Showing me car after car until finally I got the one I wanted. Then when it came to financing, she handled that too. I was blown away how painless the whole process was.
