2 new cars Mike and Anthony were both great. I am in my 6 consecutive es350 and I hated the gray wheels. The Mgr of sakes charged us 500 to swap wheels with o Mike and Anthony were both great. We went ahead with deal but felt it excessive and truly taking advantage. May have walked if we hadn’t planned on purchase. 6 vehicles vonsecutively over years means loyalty to us If we purchased this vehicle from ny dealer who knew us things would have been different. Anthony and mike were helpful with lease of 2 nd vehicle is300. One cash purchase and one lease with hopefully return in 3 to 4 years should have been considered with pricing chg wheels. Mgr blamed service. Sales agreed the price was excessive however I own car and keep for munimun of 4 years to appearance of vehicle mattered to me. Lexus Corp should reach out to make this right. Other then this purchase of 1 vehicle and lease of another was fine working with both mike and Anthony More

Excellent Gregg Whyte was terrific. I found him very informative, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Most impressively, he continued to help me well after Gregg Whyte was terrific.
