A pleasant car leasing experience I really don’t like buying or leasing a car. The haggling, time, everything. I have been leasing RX 350’s from JM Lexus for about 15 years. I usually I really don’t like buying or leasing a car. The haggling, time, everything. I have been leasing RX 350’s from JM Lexus for about 15 years. I usually know exactly what I want (love the car) when my lease is up yet in the past, it would take more than 3 hours to just get to the paperwork part. Too much time! Well, I am thrilled to say that JM finally got it right. My sales person (Alicia Stark) was ready for me (communication earlier), showed me available vehicles, knew what I had in my current vehicle, what was worth getting again or not, everything! She took care of every part of the process (no handoff to a stranger) including financial. She made sure my services were transferred to the new car, talked to my insurance agent, etc. I was home in my new vehicle in less than 3 hours (would have been less but we were on hold with the connect people for a while. Thanks for a pleasant leasing experience!! More

A very happy & satisfied customer! I visited many dealers before and after my initial visit to JM Lexus. On my initial visit to JM Lexus, I met Gary. I was undecided as to what vehicle I visited many dealers before and after my initial visit to JM Lexus. On my initial visit to JM Lexus, I met Gary. I was undecided as to what vehicle I wanted or what price I was comfortable paying. Gary was so incredible patient with me! He was nice enough to quote me on 5 different vehicles. JM Lexus uses the Lexus + system when buying/leasing a vehicle. It truly is a haggle-free, stress-free experience. The customer only deals with one person, in my case; Gary. Gary is a Sales Manager and gives final monthly payments which are already discounted for you and already includes tax. There is no back and forth between client, sales person, and finance manager! There are no dealer fees and there are no “surprises” just before signing your contract! After spending over an hour with me and answering a zillion questions, he let me take those 5 quotes home and think about what I wanted. As the savvy and frugal consumer I am, I shopped around some more to be sure I was receiving the lowest possible quote for the vehicle I was leasing. Additionally, I continued to contact (and bother!) Gary. He was always patient, helpful, very knowledgeable and ready to answer all my questions. After much research I was satisfied that Gary gave me the best prices anywhere in South Florida for all 5 vehicles. I finally made my choice. Gary came in on his day off to deliver my vehicle because it was the one day that worked for me that week! The actual delivery of the vehicle was smooth and easy, and Gary actually explained all the neat features my vehicle. He asked me for my phone and set up the bluetooth. He showed me how to have the car read my text messages as I drive. He literally knows all features on this car including all electronic features and helped me set up all the ones that are important to me. It was a smooth process from my initial visit till the day I took my new car home! I highly recommend JM Lexus and their Lexus + system, but what really made this experience extra special was Gary Catronio! Do ask for him, trust me, you will be 100% happy you did!
