A wonderful Sunday afternoon I made an appointment for 2pm to trade in a car and purchase a new IS300 for my wife. She had already picked out the new car online. Excellent Experience I have been a JM Lexus customer for many years. My experience today, leasing a new car, was more efficient with only working with one person. That sai I have been a JM Lexus customer for many years. My experience today, leasing a new car, was more efficient with only working with one person. That said, it still took 4.5 hrs, from my arrival, to departure with new car. But I test drove 2 cars, so all things considered, not too bad. Gary Catronio was great to work with and i would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to drive a Lexus. More
