My most pleasant car buying experience. I have purchased 5 Lexus vehicles My previous 2 Lexus models were from other dealers while the first 3 were purchased from JM Lexus. I should have I have purchased 5 Lexus vehicles My previous 2 Lexus models were from other dealers while the first 3 were purchased from JM Lexus. I should have stayed with JM: the last 2 purchases other dealerships were problematic. My latest purchase from JM Lexus was, by far, the best car buying experience. While I doing my research across the south Florida area , I found that the JM pricing was the best overall value including quality. I was particularly impressed about the included maintenance and benefits such as complimentary car washes for as long as you own the vehicle and, of course the warranty. The transparent pricing, no dealer fees, single point of contact and small amount of time in the dealership will definitely have me buying another JM Lexus vehicle in the future. More

Invoice not clear, overcharge I visit JM for 10000m, I got call that it’s promotion and oil change will be $43, well when I brought my car For service I was told that it’s when I I visit JM for 10000m, I got call that it’s promotion and oil change will be $43, well when I brought my car For service I was told that it’s when I change oil only, not in bundle for 10000 serv,and charge me $90 Invoice is not clear: it’s position “replace oil filter, Replace oil, then in the end they charge OW20 bulk $23.82??! It’s looks that I was overcharged, and what is the point To call about promotion if u can’t give it?! More
