We were greeted by Chris who was nothing short of respectful, professional and courteous. Abrasive and aggressive sales people are a turn off, and trust me, we have dealt with them. He had the perfect disposition. We identified the vehicle we wanted and moved forward with the sale. It was a smooth process with zero hassle. On the day I went to finalize the deal it was not raining but storming cats and dogs. Like a real trooper, Chris was in the pouring rain removing my old license plate to transfer it to my newly purchased vehicle. Soaked, no, I mean DRENCHED to the bone... he even went above and beyond to program some of the features new to me before I took off. Stellar and unbeatable service with 100% true professionalism.
