Poor customer service Rep had no follow through Left with service not completed Stpoed for gas and when I restarted car realized problem wasn’t resolved Icalled deal Rep had no follow through Left with service not completed Stpoed for gas and when I restarted car realized problem wasn’t resolved Icalled dealership and asked for supervisor Somehow was routed back to the rep I saw ar dealership He told me there were three people ahead of me and he would contact me after dealing with them I told him that was unacceptable He then routed me to someone else who walked me through a reset of my car My last visit to the service area was excellent This time very disappointed I live in Delray halfway between two Lexus dealerships I have chosen to use yours for the last five years Your new service model was great last time This time it was very disappointing More
