Dealer was Great BUT The dealer was great. Had a recalled fuel pump that broke, and they had it fixed within 24 hours. No hassles, and the service person was kind and ke The dealer was great. Had a recalled fuel pump that broke, and they had it fixed within 24 hours. No hassles, and the service person was kind and kept me constantly updated. BUT, Lexus Roadside Assistance is the biggest piece of crap. My experience alone with the Roadside Assistance has guaranteed I WILL NOT be a Lexus owner in the future (this is my 6th Lexus - and last). So I called RA. 40 minutes later a person finally answered. 2 minute later, disconnected. Call back. Wait another 45 minutes for a live person to answer again. They setup what was supposed to be a tow truck in 30-90 minutes. 90 minutes later, no tow truck. Call back. Wait 15 minutes for a person. "Sorry sir tow truck is on the way." Go have dinner. Call back, "sir the tow truck is hooking up your car as we speak" so I go back to the car. NO xxxxx Tow truck. Get pissed, leave the keys in the car, take a 60 mile $175 uber ride home. After 8 hours from the beginning of the ordeal, tow truck calls me that he is finally taking my car. 8 xxxxx HOURS. Thankfully I was in a safe neighborhood. Great service for a 90,000 car. F-U Lexus RA, you just cost Lexus a loyal customer for life. More
