I live in Miami but I rather drive the miles to JM Lexus in Broward anytime and any day! The professionalism, friendliness and all around service is amazing. My Salesman Richard Meier was just the best! He gave me good advise, walked me through step by step and I could tell he was taking the time to make me feel comfortable and allowed me to take my time in purchasing another vehicle. His CoWorker, Dario Dziamalek was also helpful and friendly, but the Star was Richard. He helped me understand all the new "gadgets" in my new vehicle and repeatedly told me if I ever had any questions to call him anytime. He sent me an email reminding me he was there for me when or if I needed him on any questions regarding my vehicle. I love JM Lexus and I make sure everyone in my family and my friends know that this dealership is the #1 in the State of Florida. I look forward to many years of buying and servicing with JM Lexus! This dealership has been elevated to a The process of buying or leasing a vehicle can be painstakingly long and it’s hard to know if pricing is fair. This dealership has been elevated to a Lexus plus status. The benefit of this is that all extra fees have been removed. Thousands of dollars of fees are normally included which gives room to negotiate. The fees are removed so the price they give is the lowest possible. Negotiating is not an option because they have nothing left to remove. They’ve also streamlined the process by having just one person take care of everything. No separate people to do the financing etc. Upfront pricing and much fairer pricing because all those weird fees are gone. Thousands of dollars shaved off what it would be at a different Lexus dealer without the “Lexus plus” status. We had a super cool guy help us through the process and it was the fastest, cheapest and least stressful car experience we have ever had. More

It struck me that JM might be the initials Jim Moran of an automobile dealer from Chicago which was where I grew up. So I went, was treated nicely although as I recall I had to do some negotiation. That was five years ago. So I came back when I wanted to upgrade to the new safety equipment. I met Jonathan who took good care of me, even though I am sure I disappointed him, when the Atomic Silver car that came in was not the silver I envisioned. But the right color came in a month or so later and I leased it. More
