Terrific salesman and honest and fair dealership I got lucky at JM Lexus, I ended up with Mike D'ambra as my salesman. I was researching cars on the internet and found a pre-owned Lexus RX 350 tha I got lucky at JM Lexus, I ended up with Mike D'ambra as my salesman. I was researching cars on the internet and found a pre-owned Lexus RX 350 that seemed like something I could consider. I called JM Lexus for more info and Mike D'Ambra contacted me. Because of family issues I could not get to JM to take my choice for a test ride for a while. Mike was very patient, knowledgeable and courteous and kept on touch with me until I finally made the trip to JM Lexus. I was very impressed with the JM Lexus dealership, a very large an beautiful showroom with a wonderful staff. I took my test ride and with the help and info supplied by Mike, the decision was easy, I purchased my Lexus. It's a beauty and my wife and I love it.
