I like the idea that JM Lexus sets flat prices, no dealer fees, just tax plus tag. I am confident that I am buying accident free vehicle. However, I wish that staff had more positive and friendly approach towards customer's needs. My car had a little ding on the right rear side. However, on the inspection sheet it said that all dings were covered. When I ask to take care of it, I was coldly told that nothing can be done further. I would be charged extra for it. It seems strange to me. Car already came with it and why I have to pay out of pocket to repair it? I hope something can be done towards full customer satisfaction. More
