Upon arrival to see the car, Michael (sales manager) was already waiting with the keys and paperwork in hand. The vehicle met all my requirements and expectations. Within ninety minutes, we were in and out of the dealership. Later that evening, we received a message from Michael to ensure that we were satisfied with all aspects of the vehicle. The following day, Michael continued to reach out as a reminder that he is available to answer any questions that we may have. In my honest opinion, he should get a rating beyond excellent. More

As my “Oil Service Maintenance Required” light appeared one day before starting the trip alone, I did not want to take any chances and called Lexus Margate for an oil change appointment. Jim Bramble is my Service Representative and as he was going to be out of the office that day, he arranged that Ramesh Singh (Chico) take care of me in his absence. In assessing the auto, a couple of areas were found that needed attention, which could have definitely been a problem traveling on the turnpike alone. They quickly addressed the problems and I was on my way home in about one hour! I will always return to Lexus Margate for service ... regardless of where I live in southern Florida. More
