I lease two vehicles every 3 years and the fair treatment on pricing, the ease of getting out of the old and into the new was just plain and simple: SEAMLESS !! The trust that I have for this team is immense. When you walk out of a dealership and feel that you have not been beaten up or that it did not take way too long for the overall process, life is GOOD. Steve was such a pleasure to work with, very kind, patient, helpful, This is my second exceptional time leasing experience with Mr. Steven McNeeley. Steve was such a pleasure to work with, very kind, patient, helpful, knowledgeable about product/specs and awesome through the whole process. Would you believe me if I told you I called him with the Lexus NX 300 and exterior/interior color and mileage option that I had in mind and he had a few choices presented and had my payment plan figured out via email right after getting off the phone ad walked in following day to drive off with my new 2020 Lexus NX 300, which he also had detailed. Less than 30 minutes and out the door. You definitely want to get the excessive wear and tear option as its a great peace of mind for almost nothing. I would recommend Steven McNeeley for all your purchases/leasing. I was so enthused with Steve, that I gifted him a set of pens to show my gratitude. I also wish to thank Brian Mintzer, New Car Director, in helping make the paperwork an ease. On a side note, I used to be a Mercedes-Benz girl but when it came time to purchase a new Mereceds-Benz of Coconut Creek suv they increased the final sales price after I had signed a sales agreement and made me wait 3 weeks for my vehicle to arrive. Nonethless, they took my Mercedes -Benz suv as if it had a lien when the vehicle was completely paid off and told me the numbers had to show-up this way on my agreement and they had me there 5 hours talking to the salesman, Sales manager and Finance Manager. To make it worse they let me drive off in the car I had ordered to spec for 1 day to get assimilated; as if their incorrect math and false non-existing lien would erase my mind. It's simple math, 2+2=4 but if the numbers amount something different then you are being taken for a ride. At the end I walked out and took back my check and showed up at JM Lexus of Margate and met Steven McNeeley. This goes to show that JM Lexus of Margate does not haggle and they want to please the client and make them a return client and when you have had a great experience you refer them and they tell the world. Dealerships should model JM Lexus. I can't fathom car buyers ready to buy a car, have them waiting for hours, pull a switch and bait and make them waste valuable time time sometimes lasting 3-4 days and 3 hours plus more a day talking to so many people. It's no wonder JM Lexus of Margate has been a top seller for years. More
