This was 5000 mile check up. It was done quickly and efficiently. Patrick Groeniger was my service assistant and was very good. However, I needed help from the tech man, Donny, which was not successful efficiently. Patrick Groeniger was my service assistant and was very good. I realize with the virus, he can't get in my car, but he did not give me directions to resolve the conflict between Apple car play and Lexus Enform. He called my service rep, Patrick who tried,but this was Donny's area of expertise not his. More
