Great experience I was not planning on buying a used Lexus, but ended up 3.5 hours driving home in one. Jorge Cano was very patient and let me drive a few cars to figu I was not planning on buying a used Lexus, but ended up 3.5 hours driving home in one. Jorge Cano was very patient and let me drive a few cars to figure out what were the plus and minuses of each one to narrow my selection. No problem to get one car jump started and he knows his product. Selling cars is often worse than buying them, but Mr Cano was the exact opposite of sleazy car salesmen and he is an asset to JM Lexus . Know your product and be able to answer any questions seems easy, but not for many sales people. I hope Jorge Cano does well with Lexus. What I do like about JM Lexus is that they present top quality used vehicles , were above fair with my trade and don't have a several hundred dollar "dealer fee". I rather spend that amount of money on a service plan instead of some lunacy like $300 dollar Nitrogen tire fills and 3 thousand dollar fictitious "market adjustments: you find across the street . More
Extremely disappointed. Called for appointment and arrived at specified time. Taken to a seat to await my advisor. After 20 minutes spoke with supervisor who, after a time was told my advisor was at l arrived at specified time. Taken to a seat to await my advisor. After 20 minutes spoke with supervisor who, after a time was told my advisor was at lunch. Another advisor was given the task and he could not have cared less. After he wrote up my need and had me sign paper I asked about the discount that was stated on the net. He was not aware of it???...or proceeded as if so but included fact on the paperwork. At some point my original advisor returned...never introduced himself or apologized for the confusion. First contact with him was to call with a cost for a repair I asked about. The repair, replace the bezel for the gear shift was quoted (quite high but approved by me). I asked about time to install...quoted as 10 minutes. Part was $37.95...labor 89.98. Continued sitting. Twenty minutes later asked about car...told it was being washed. Saw the car outside in waiting area...after 15 minutes spoke,again, with supervisor. She took me to the advisor who said that he had called but no answer...A LIE! I’d an Iphone and tried to show it but supervisor had walked away and all the advisor wanted was a credit card. He told me then that the rattling sound I heard could not be duplicated. It was likely, a loose mud flap. It is, an exhaust pipe. They never looked. Never use JM. Take the time and go to the Auto Nation store in West Palm Beach. Also, for minor work like the bezel, find a decent body shop. It cost me $127.93 for a 10 minute job? They didn’t seem to care. Even when I walked the floor of the showroom not a person approached me. Something untoward has happened to JM. They were once a great dealership. Never again More
Excellent service reps. Beautiful facility- even a rooftop putting range ( if you partake ). Service is usually prompt ( not always ) but thorough. Happy with our oil change, but very unhappy they closed the waiting lounge upstairs!! Thst is the reason we drive that far for our oil change!
