My stepdaughter is a very satisfied long-time customer and has pressed me to try Lexus and JM - I'm glad I did. I first interacted with both Land Rover and BMW stores (my trade was a BMW). I had the usual experience with both - it was exhausting! Back and forth - meet my manager and my manager's manager- each pressing me on what a wonderful deal they were trying to make - customer and sales personnel nickel and dime-ing each other. Of course, this is what I am used to. So at my stepdaughter's urging, my wife and I stopped by JM. We met Anthony Hippolyte. The experience was amazingly simple. The price and trade-in value were very satisfactory. I did need to verify the new GX 460 would fit in my old house's garage, so at Anthony's urging, I drove it home and (of course) it fit fine. So about an hour later Anthony stopped by with the paperwork and that was it. I don't have a headache or any buyer's remorse. I didn't think it could be that simple. We love the GX 460 - a cross between my two previous favorite cars: the cushy smooth comfort of my 1990 Cadillac Sedan DeVille and the solid ride of my 2008 Suburban. A note about Anthony: since I don't know any other JM salespeople, I don't know if they are all as knowledgable as he, but he knows way more about the GX than the BMW and Land Rover know about their products. I'm usually a cash-buyer, but I asked Anthony about financing and leasing and he explained each in detail - pros and cons. We were very impressed with Anthony and wonder if everyone at JM is that talented. Needless to say, we are probably Lexus/JM customers for now on.... More
