Glen is rude and uninformed when it comes to service products and warranty. Glen would rather tell us he does not know and put in minimum effort to find out the information necessary to help customers m products and warranty. Glen would rather tell us he does not know and put in minimum effort to find out the information necessary to help customers make invaluable decisions then actually do his job and find out what warranty information Lexus offers and how it is coded I'm sure Lexus has an internal resource center. Lastly Glen was so aggressive and rude to my spouse I forgot that I pay 700.00 per month for a Lexus car I felt like my money was no good in Jm Lexus service department. Please educate Glen on true customer satisfaction. More
