As most people have written, JM Lexus buying experience is 5 star. My problem is with an outside contractor they hired to tint the windows on my Lexus before I took delivery. And their lack of response to is 5 star. My problem is with an outside contractor they hired to tint the windows on my Lexus before I took delivery. And their lack of response to the problem. I told the salesperson I wanted all windows tinted the same degree of tint. Later I received a call from the salesperson. He was talking in person to the tint people. He wanted to confirm the tint. I heard him tell the tint person exactly what I told him. But they did light on drivers/passengers door windows and much darker everywhere else. When I took delivery I didn't notice because of all the hubbub that takes place. The next day I emailed the salesperson and his manager. No response. So I paid 100's of dollars for a product I didn't get. More
