I do like my JM dealership, I can not use very strong words or my family will get jealous, however, they do know how to take care of their customers. Recently took my new leased car for a service check and even tho extremely busy still was provided with a loaner and the car was diagnosed and fixed while providing updates on a daily basis keeping me inform and at ease. Service area staying clean during construction time in pandemic time in South Florida was a rare sighting but definitely made me feel safe. Everyone is extremely nice, at first I actually was surprised but then I remembered that it's JM Lexus and everyone's here is friendly and open, no wonder I keep coming back to the same dealership in the last 25 years. More

This wasn't the first car I bought at JM, AND not the first with Sandley. What a team! There is a reason I came back not only to JM but to sit down and just feel very comfortable , with Sandley. That's something you wont hear every time when buying a car. And the only reason I rated the dealership 4 stars was the awfully long time getting the papers all in order. It was over a week. I don't remember that ever being the case before. But that really is minor, I hope to continue to have a long relationship with JM and, more importantly, with Sandley. I only hope you all, at JM, realize what you have in him. AND he ain't paying me to write this. It was a pleasure to work with you all. More
