I was robbed at JM Lexus and now I am being dismissed. Maybe I should have called the police and filed a report, then something would have been done. Your offer was "I'll mail you a check and give you one free service". (let's make it go away!) Process of elimination... the money was under the mat! Who vacuumed the car? This is the person which stole from me, this person should be fired! You have cameras in place per your manager and was told no one confessed! Did you really think someone would! To you this is petty, to me it's all about principle and respect. I never in all my years had anything stolen from any dealership!
