I brought my Lexus RX350 in for 10k service and presidential detail to JM Lexus service Dept. My service advisor is Rich Wilson who is friendly, organized, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his presidential detail to JM Lexus service Dept. Rich guides you thru the maintenance needs of your vehicle every step of the way and answers all of your questions honestly and patiently! When I arrived I was immediately escorted to Rich Wilson’s desk. My free loaner car was ready for me. The loaner was clean and disinfected! 5 stars for safety and attention to health . Everyone is wearing masks customers and employees included! This is extremely important to me although I received my 3 Pfizer vaccines I am immunocompromised. I was on my way in no time! My car was ready for me the same day but I did have the option to pick it up the next day if I wanted to! No pressure Everything done according to my needs It is all about the customer at JM Lexus for sure! I opted to get my car the same day! The presidential detail was professionally done Squeeky clean inside and out NEW CAR SMELL!!! They even were able to buff out a scratch on my hood at no extra cost! Hands down JM Lexus Service Dept is the place to go and Rich Wilson is the service advisor to guide you! A huge thanks for all the hard work you guys do!!! More
