Reggie is incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and attentive—he truly makes the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. He helped me trade in my 2025 Lexus NX 250 for a 2022 Lexus RX 350 F Sport, and the switch couldn’t have been more perfect. I just wasn’t in love with the NX 250, but now with the RX 350, I’m as happy as can be. It may have been a “downgrade” on paper, but it was definitely an upgrade for me in every way that matters. Reggie has always been generous with his time and support—even after the sale. Anytime I’ve had questions, he’s quick to help, and that consistency is what really sets him apart. I was originally referred to him by a friend who had also purchased multiple vehicles through him, and I completely understand why. Reggie is not only an excellent sales manager, but an all-around stand-up guy. If I ever need another car in the future, I won’t think twice about calling Reggie. Highly recommend! More
