I recently had to take my vehicle in to JM Lexus in Coconut Creek to change the sensor on my trunk. I was completely blown away by the service I received from my Service Representative Shedrick Anderson. My appointment was for 8:00 a.m and I was told that it would take about 2 hours. I waited in the upstairs lounge where I was able to get some studying done. I didn't have to wait very long as my vehicle was ready in an hour. Not only that, my car was washed and my gas was topped off. I was extremely happy and filled with gratitude for how well my sales rep took such great care of me. JM Lexus truly caters to their customers every need and I am very happy I purchased my vehicle from them. They are the absolute BEST when it comes to customer service. More
