Brought my daughter’s car in for service and an alignment, also passenger side AC was blowing hot air. Jim Bramble was my service consultant and I told him I’d need the car back by the next day as alignment, also passenger side AC was blowing hot air. Jim Bramble was my service consultant and I told him I’d need the car back by the next day as my daughter was leaving town. First he explained the AC problem and that the parts would have to be ordered and run about $1500. He then double checked the warranty on the car and saw that it said expired, but checked further to find that it had been extended and would cover the $1500. That was great news, Jim also went the extra mile to secure the parts and promised the car would be ready the next day in time for my daughter to be able to leave town as planned. When I came in to pick up the car Jim informed me the the maintenance tech Glenn had come in on his day off to make sure the the job was completed on time! Truely an amazing service experience due to Jim and Glenn’s outstanding dedication to their work! I am thrilled with the two of these gentlemen going the extra mile to get me the car back in a timely manner! Thank you JM Lexus! More
