When I got to the dealership with my wife we were greeted very fast by brad Patrick. He’s the sales manager. My wife and I have had lexus in the past and we’re considering a new one. Franciso Hardware, was fabulous-he went out of his way to arrange expedited transfer of our car from the port so that we could take delivery while we were in Ft Lauderdale. He kept us abreast of the vehicles progress from ship to port and to the dealership. He has also been helpful since the sale, explaining some of the intricacies of the vehicle. Overall, we could not have had a better experience between Francisco and Carol. More
