I had the EXTREME PLEASURE and PRIVILEGE of working with Zacharias Taylor, who answers to the Name,--- Zias. He was my Sales Manager, when I recently Purchased my Pre-owned,--- 2020 ES 350 Lexus. This Man goes MANY extra Miles, to do whatever is needed, to make your Purchase COMFORTABLE and EASY . He is an EXCEPTIONAL Person, who prides himself in taking care of EACH of His Clients, and attending to their Requests and Needs. I had ORIGINALLY traveled the EASY Four Mile distance,--- to MY Neighborhood Lexus Dealer,--- North Miami Beach Lexus. . But their Agents were very SLICK, and did all kinds of DECEITFUL Acts, in dealing with me. I was ALMOST considering FOREGOING the Purchase of a Lexus. Working with Zias was a 360 degree TURN AROUND,--- from my Horrible/Traumatic Experience at North Miami Beach Lexus. It was worth the 40 Minute ride ( EACH WAY) to JM Lexus, in Pompano Beach, to work with Zias. He NEVER Pressured me, and he took the necessary TIME to explain the Technology of the Car. He was very Patient with me, and clearly enjoys working with People, and making their BUYING Experience very SATISFYING. The L Certified, 2020 Lexus that I purchased, is a "CREAM PUFF." The RIDE is EXCEPTIONAL. I feel like I am on a VELVET Carpet. IF you are in the Market for a Lexus, I HUMBLY suggest that you have Zias as your Sales Agent. He will make your Purchase an AMAZING and GRATIFYING Experience. There is a Japanese Word that characterized the ATTITUDE and BEHAVIOR of Zias. The Word is,---- OMOTENASHI. The concept is to make your Guests feel SAFE, RESPECTED, PROTECTED and very much "AT HOME." In my Interactions with Zias, he created that HARMONIOUS feeling.
