Mixed review. Dan Phillips was very patient in finding the right car for us. However, when it came to an extended maintenance agreement, he misrepresented what we purchased, told us we were saving money off the regular price, and it did not meet our driving needs. We cancelled the extension and were quite annoyed. Also, he told us he would help us learn how the car worked after we purchased the car. About ten minutes discussing some initial features of the car, I saw him looking at his watch as he scheduled another appointment and had to find another sales tech person to help us. Fortunately Reggie was available at JM Lexus and he helped us. My wife and I were very annoyed as he did not fulfill what he promised in terms of spending some time after the sale to help us learn about the car. It seems getting another sale was more important to him that completing the process. We found this to be insulting. More
