My battery was dead, and I called JM Lexus service department at 5:00pm Friday afternoon. My service advisor said if I could get to the dealership by 5:30 that they may be able to take care of me, but department at 5:00pm Friday afternoon. I live five miles away from JM Lexus. So, I got a jump start, and arrived at the dealership by 5:25. They registered my vehicle and took it directly to a technician. Bottom line, my battery was 100% covered. So, JM installed a new battery, vacuumed and washed my car, and I was on my way home by 6:15. No charge! Where do you get service like this? Only at JM Lexus. They are far and away the best auto dealership. Just outstanding. More
