My husband and I went to JR Lexus to buy new tires for our 2017 RX 350 and walked away with a 2023 RX 350. We were greeted at the front desk when we walked into the dealership and met with Bruno Da Silva. our 2017 RX 350 and walked away with a 2023 RX 350. We were greeted at the front desk when we walked into the dealership and met with Bruno Da Silva. Bruno was very patient with us as were not sure if we wanted to purchase something new. He helped us drive multiple vehicles and then worked hard to find the exact color combination we wanted. The process took a while because we wanted to register our car in another State. Bruno was kind enough to explain everything then help us return the previous title with a prepaid shipping envelope. Then he not only helped us with the new technology once but we returned a second time with more questions on certain aspects of the changes between a 2017 and 2023. We most likely would not have purchased a new vehicle if it wasn't for Bruno. We would have purchased the tires and walked away but his low pressure approach and ability to find the vehicle we wanted was the key to our new purchase. I will also add that we are seniors and the car was for me, the wife. Most sales people I've dealt with in the past have catered to my husband but Bruno understood that I was the one to please because it would be my car. Hats off to this him for being perceptive, attentive and knowledgable enough to know who he had to please. Also, the woman in the finance office area from Buffalo was absolutely great. She treated us like family. Kudos to both of these excellent employees. More
