Do not buy from JD Byrider, Indianapolis In on 38th Street....Any one would be crazy to deal with JD Byrider oh yeah they are super nice to you at first. But when something happens to the car then the Street....Any one would be crazy to deal with JD Byrider oh yeah they are super nice to you at first. But when something happens to the car then they don't want to fix it. My friend also messed up and got a van from then well the same thing happened to her van as to my truck but wouldn't you know it the warranty covered the part for my truck but not her van. I bought a 2001 Dakota on the way home the truck started messing up so took it back up there told them what was wrong with it the service guys said he could only tell that the hub needed to be replaced and couldn't hear an exhaust leak...later on took it back up there and still their service guys couldn't find the leak but on the third try they found a $600 problem that wasn't covered under warranty. Oh and I had to pay them to look at the truck the second time. Tried talking to them about trading in the truck and get another car and I was told I couldn't do that until the truck was paid down to under $2000, I was being charged $14000 for a truck that was worth around $5000, I was never told the price of the truck until I was signing the papers...I should have stopped and walked out. I feel bad for anyone who deals with these people. It's a shame that they take advantage of hard working people like they do. I'm in the middle of filing banckruptcy now and getting out from this loan with them and they are still calling and sending letters even after my lawyer has told them not to....these people are really NOT very bright. More
