Bought a lemon car from JD Byrider After my wife bought her Saturn Outlook I started noticing clues that this car may have been wrecked and not reported in CARFAX. Overspray paint in th After my wife bought her Saturn Outlook I started noticing clues that this car may have been wrecked and not reported in CARFAX. Overspray paint in the windows, aftermarket replacement grill, tail lights don’t match. We were trying to rebuild our credit and accepted high interest rates to do it. This made an $8k car end up over $20k after we pay it off. This car has had so many issues and some they have fixed. The car was 200 miles over the warranty when the transmission went out and they would not honor the warranty. The lifters were replaced, engine replaced which caused the steering line to rub a hole in the a/c line. They won’t own up to it and only offer to pay for half. shame on you JD Byrider, such a horrible experience. More

Refuse to pay for an issue they caused Engine was replaced about a year ago by jdbyrider. In the process the power steering line was pushed back against the ac line. Odometer Tampering Beware I had a long wait to drive off the lot with an old Dodge van not worth the price (but it was all I could afford at that time and they knew it). Moved to a different state and paid off the car early! When I went to trade my van in, the new dealership (Nissan) told me the odometer was tampered with. For those who may not know, I was being told the actual DISTANCE on my mileage was MORE than what the odometer reading was showing me. Really? I was cheated $500 from resale value. That's a lot of money to me. If I could remember the name of the sales rep who worked with me, I would list him. More
