Awesome 2014 Volkswagen Passat This was the first car we bought from J & M Automotive. Our salesman, Steve Groppi was great to work with. He was very patient with us, He showed us m This was the first car we bought from J & M Automotive. Our salesman, Steve Groppi was great to work with. He was very patient with us, He showed us multiple cars and took many test drives. He didn't pressure us into buying a car and he was fun to work with. When we brought the car home we noticed that we had 2 small problems. We texted Steve and he reached out to the Service Dept for us. They called us and said to bring in the car in 2 weeks. We were upset by this, so we contacted Steve again and he made sure the car was brought in the next day to be seen by the Head technician to address the issues. They had it fixed the next day. Steve went above and beyond his job. (Thanks again, Steve) If we need anything in the future we will be coming to see you again. More
