Very helpful as this auto was purchased by a person that lives in the UK and the USA. Very easy to work with and the whole purchasing/pick-up of vehicle was effortless and very smooth. First let me say that neither of them was the sales person I had purchsed my car through, and yet when I went back on a day my salesperson was off, both Seth Brown and Ashley McCowan went out of their way to assist me. They were friendly and courteous and more importantly they did evertything possible to resolve my dilema. Seth promised to follow up with a phone call the next day and not only did that but then had my wife bring the car to him so he could remedy the problem. If you are looking for excellent service and people who are willing to go out of their way to please the customer than ask for Seth or Ashely and you won't be disappointed! More

Felt like home! I have purchased many cars over the years (twice from J & M) and they never leave me disappointed. I hadon't been to another local, well-known dealers I have purchased many cars over the years (twice from J & M) and they never leave me disappointed. I hadon't been to another local, well-known dealership and was treated like a number, like I didn't even exist. I walked into J & M and was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. My salesman Ray helped me search through alot of cars and I mean ALOT. My credit history has not been the best but their financial manager Ken was amazing! He worked out an awesome deal! (I still can't believe it) They found me a beautiful car and told me I was approved within the hour. I will definitely be going back in the future for all of my vehicles and I will recommend all my friends and family. It was the most comfortable and unpressured I have felt! Keep up the good work! Excellent customer service and Great car buying experience I had a great experience with J&M. My family has bought 3 other cars from them and loved them all. So naturally for my first car buying experience I c I had a great experience with J&M. My family has bought 3 other cars from them and loved them all. So naturally for my first car buying experience I came to J&M. Ray was very professional and helpful in helping me find a car, which was at first a 2009 VW passat, which sadly wasn't approved by the bank for a loan but both him and Steve helped me find another car and helped me get approved! Now i'm driving a beautiful 2013 VW jetta hybrid. Even though it did have problems shortly after acquiring the car, Ray still helped me by getting my car into their service department very quickly. Although it still has to go to a VW dealership to get fixed they did all the legwork for me. Still very happy and content with my first car buying experience! More
