Ray is awesome!!! I was referred by friends and family to come here. In the parking lot we were greeted by many sales people and inside was the best expierence i have e I was referred by friends and family to come here. In the parking lot we were greeted by many sales people and inside was the best expierence i have ever had at a dealership. Everyone was very down to earth especially ray and he helped me get the car i wanted. He was not pushy at all and coming in with very poor credit i thought i was never going to get anything! Ken the finance manager made it happen! I am in love with my 2009 nissan murano. Also a big thanks for welcoming our children and letting them hang out! Sold faulty goods My family was sold a used car here. Within 20 miles of the dealership, multiple faults became apparent and things started breaking down. It's a shame My family was sold a used car here. Within 20 miles of the dealership, multiple faults became apparent and things started breaking down. It's a shame that despite persistent and constant contact with the dealership since, they are unresponsive, unhelpful...pretty much uncaring. 'Sold as seen' seems to be their catchphrase. What should have been a positive experience turned out to be a $17,500 disappointment within minutes. It's going to cost us a lot to fix mistakes inherited from this used car lot. I would personally advise being really careful when buying from Brad Baumhor specifically or this dealer in general if our experience is anything to go by. Don't buy. I'm happy to provide evidence of communication or lack of. More
