J&M Automotive responded

While we appreciate feedback from customers as it gives us a chance to improve upon ourselves, this particular customer has made some completely false accusations regarding his minor problems encountered after purchase. The "inherited mistakes" mentioned here were a radio screen that went faulty, and a jammed zipper on a soft top of a 2007 Jeep Wrangler. We offered the customer to bring the vehicle back, and made a service appointment, to fix the problems ASAP, he did not show up for his appointment, then simply refused to bring the car back to us to fix. Myself, and the owner both contacted the customer multiple times, and offered to fix the problem or reimburse him for the parts needed to fix it wherever he wished to take it, both offers were refused. The fact that we have been called "unresponsive" is absolutely absurd as there was constant contact and offers made between management and his salesperson. This is simply an unreasonable customer who had a couple of minor problems that we were willing to fix at his convenience.
