Service is exceptional. Selection of vehicles very broad. We purchased a 2009 Honda Civic with 80K mileage. Fred Blum was very helpful as an initial contact. Sue Janelli was very easy to work with, and, was We purchased a 2009 Honda Civic with 80K mileage. Fred Blum was very helpful as an initial contact. Sue Janelli was very easy to work with, and, was able to provide us with the vehicle that met our needs. Minimal sales pressure. All vehicles made available for productive test driving. Administrative requirements at pick up were reasonable and efficient-we were able to complete documents, final inspect the vehicle, and have what questions we asked answered thoroughly. We will recommend J&M to any of our acquaintances that are in need of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle in the future. More

J&M really stepped up to the plate My son had bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee LTD from J&M in March 2017. Turns out that vehicle had some undocumented Jeep features that caused some big is My son had bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee LTD from J&M in March 2017. Turns out that vehicle had some undocumented Jeep features that caused some big issues. In short, the car would shut down with no warning and lose power if the oil level reached a certain point (google this one). Anyway, after dealing with Chrysler unsuccessfully for almost a year, my son reached out to J&M to see if they could help him out at all....shortly after they contacted him and told said they could probably work something out with him. They did! They not only took back the Jeep but they worked out a deal for another car for him. Excellent customer care to say the least. Big Kudos to Brad and Seth at J&M! More
