From the moment i drove onto the dealership the car i was interested in was already nicely warmed up and ready for me to do a test drive. Brad was already on a look out for me and guided my parking. I was given a great offer for my tread in a and with in 15 minutes we had a deal!!! Plain and simple... I had never had such an amazing car experience before. Brad has excellent follow through and kept me updated while the car was in the shop. He has continued to go above and beyond to make sure that my family is 100% satisfied with the 2011 Honda Odyssey even after buying the car. I also want to thank Steve.G for his follow through and answering my finance questions while providing me some education along the way. J&M has wonderful employees and cars priced to sell. Will never go anywhere else ever again! I walked into this friendly atmosphere not expecting to buy a car. Being a first time buyer I wanted to compare prices as well as service before buyin I walked into this friendly atmosphere not expecting to buy a car. Being a first time buyer I wanted to compare prices as well as service before buying it right away. After I met Dave and Vinny I knew that this was the right place to be. They were kind and very considerate of all my concerns. While waiting in the “showroom” I met the receptionist Dannielle who made me feel comfortable and assured that everything would go smoothly and that I was in the best hands possible. She wasn’t wrong about that. J & M even has a possible raffle to win just by tapping like on their Facebook page or following them on Instagram!
