I dropped my truck off the afternoon before my appointment and actually got a call that day to say it was already looked at and diagnosed. The truck was ready for my by 1PM, a nice change from the last place i used for repairs. I will use J&M again for service without hesitation. More

Probably one of the easiest dealerships I’ve dealt with I have been searching for a Jeep Wrangler for a while and saw one at J&M Auto. Walking into the showroom I was greeted right away and was told that Br I have been searching for a Jeep Wrangler for a while and saw one at J&M Auto. Walking into the showroom I was greeted right away and was told that Brad would be helping us out. Brad was outstanding. Not only is he pretty straightforward but helped me with my purchase while being away on vacation with his family. It literally was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Brad had everything ready for me the day he got back from vacation so when we went to pick up the Jeep we just signed the papers and on our way! I highly recommend J&M Auto. More

After searching for a truck for months, J&M was my last stop My quest for a new truck started in Stratford at the beginning of this year. After visiting dealership after dealership and finding nothing I liked, o My quest for a new truck started in Stratford at the beginning of this year. After visiting dealership after dealership and finding nothing I liked, over the next several months I kept expanding my search until I made my way to Naugatuck. J&M had the best selection in my price range of anything I’ve seen to that point and Brad is the man. He made the whole process of owning my first new truck extremely easy. Both he and Ken were very helpful. They answered any and all of my questions honestly and professionally. Even when I was texting Brad at 9:00 on a Sunday night. I highly recommend J&M. Even if you’re not that close, it’ll be worth the drive. More

Seamless Transaction We were looking for a used Jeep Wrangler and J&M had a Jeep in our budget. When we arrived we were soon helped by Steve M and quickly agreed on the pu We were looking for a used Jeep Wrangler and J&M had a Jeep in our budget. When we arrived we were soon helped by Steve M and quickly agreed on the purchase. We asked to have our mechanic look over the Jeep and Steve arranged for that to happen quickly. After a double thumbs up from the mechanic we finalized the deal and picked up the Jeep. Overall, Steve was great to work with, the process was easy and no pressure and Steve stays on top of it all. We will be back to J&M to work with Steve and the team! More

Even when we were looking at a more expensive vehicle, he didn't make us feel as though we should go with it simply to get the higher commission. Browsing and/or Purchasing I’ve driven past J and M Automotive for decades. But I’d never heard of family or friends speak of purchasing a vehicle your dealership. About two I’ve driven past J and M Automotive for decades. But I’d never heard of family or friends speak of purchasing a vehicle your dealership. About two (2) and a half weeks ago as my son and I drove by, those letters really caught my eye and I expressed to Shaun my desire to stop by. Last Monday and Wednesday, we did so. We stopped at the main dealership first and on the visit to the smaller one and browsing and sitting into a couple of vehicles, this beautiful black Kia Optima caught my eye. As I opened the door and sat in the drivers seat, while steering and looking back, I told my son—this is my car and I need not look any further. And now, I’m the owner of that beautiful black Kia Optima with the year, interior and mileage that was in my price range😍!!! More
