Repairs Purchased my car here, a 2009 Subaru Tribeca. After 3 years, the AC was acting funny, turning off and on by itself. They worked on the car looking for Purchased my car here, a 2009 Subaru Tribeca. After 3 years, the AC was acting funny, turning off and on by itself. They worked on the car looking for what went wrong. I was told the ac system was overcharged. Don't know how that could have happened since I did not touch it, nor did I have it serviced for that. Any way, they evacuated and recharged to the proper pressure. It seems to be working OK now, but I haven't driver it very far since then. They could have charged hundreds of dollars to diagnose and repair, but they did not. As a matter of fact, they did not even charge me for this. Honest and reliable dealership. More

Shut up and take my money! Hands down the best dealership I've ever worked with. Other dealers trick and scam you and are never transparent about everything. Not here, J & M wa Hands down the best dealership I've ever worked with. Other dealers trick and scam you and are never transparent about everything. Not here, J & M was nothing but exceptional! They gave me $2500 more on my trade in then any other dealership, and not to mention they fixed everything on the car that I was not happy with. They reupholstered the arm rest and painted the tailgate where there was a terrible touch up job. Anything to make the car the car I wanted to drive home. What you also don't realize is that this dealership will give your car a full service before you drive it home. They have their own service department where they don't let you drive the car home till its been looked over fully and gets new tires brakes and rotors and oil change. That alone is over $1,000 value added right to the car and is all part of the price you pay. I can't write enough good things about this place, if you need a car go and ask for Brad, and you'll be in good hands! More
