Wonderful place! I purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey In the beginning of July. I had seen the van online and fell in love instantly. When we first arrived I loved that we I purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey In the beginning of July. I had seen the van online and fell in love instantly. When we first arrived I loved that we were able to walk around without being harassed! We were welcomed, asked if we needed help, and that was that. No one stalked us like most dealerships I have been to and I felt very comfortable. When we found the one we came to look at we walked in and were greeted immediately by a friendly woman at the desk who then paged a sales person while they offered us some water and a comfy place to sit. Never once did we feel pressured to buy, he never tried to shove other cars at us. We discussed options and ultimately purchased the van we came to see that day. It was ready to pick up later that week. Right after we got the van home we left to go on vacation. When we came home the front tire was low. We filled it up, thought it could be because it sat in a rut for a week and kept going. Two weeks later it was low again. I took it in to town fair to see what was up. They determined it to have a very slow leak after two visits. I called Vinny to see where we could get a matching tire not expecting them to cover it because we did not purchase a warrantee beyond the 30 days it came with and I waited almost a month and a half to call. To my surprise they replaced the tire for me at no cost. This place comes highly recomended to me by multiple people and I pass down this recomendation to anyone else looking to ourchase a used car. I feel like we have known Vinny forever! More
