Great dealership and even better salesman! Totally blown away by this dealership and the salesman I dealt with. I had to drive over 4 hours away, so I called to check on a vehicle and get som Totally blown away by this dealership and the salesman I dealt with. I had to drive over 4 hours away, so I called to check on a vehicle and get some thorough information on it before I took the plunge and made a deal over the phone. I had never done this (doing a deal over the phone) before, so going into it, I was super nervous. Especially considering the "usual" car sales guy BS, I wasn't hopeful in the process going well. J & M Automotive (and Vinny P. in particular) showed me my fears were unwarranted. Vinny answered the call of duty with distinction and went above and beyond to check out the car right away, even though it was cold and raining! He got back to me in short order, gave me the run down on the car and told me the condition. We made a deal over the phone and it was even easier than going in person. He gained my trust right away. Just a really nice, up front guy, and not trying to give you the usual runaround. I finally made the trek to go get the car and it matched Vinny's description to the tee! Very clean car, just like he said, no big surprises whatsoever. Ken with J & M had everything all prepared and the transaction was smooth as butter. The dealership itself was also a really nice place, no rinky dink type stuff at all. They also serviced the car very well, much more than most.... Overall, in over 20 years of buying cars, this was the best experience I've had. The problem is, the next time I buy a car, if it's not from Vinny and J & M, I am sure I will leave disappointed... Incredibly astounding & refreshing experience! If I was a gambling man, I’d bet on Brad every single time. He makes you feel like he is truly on your team the whole time, with the end goal of getting you in a safe, reliable & affordable vehicle to fit your needs & budget. Very rarely do I put my own reputation on the line to give rave reviews, but Brad deserves every word of this & more. I cannot compliment him enough for his incredibly astounding Customer service. If I had to give a # 1 reason as to why I would definitely give J&M my business in the future, Brad would be it. I recommend him 110%, to anyone & everyone looking to get a new set wheels underneath them! I look forward to working with Brad & the J&M team im the future! Danielle from Finance was remarkable as well, & if I were in the book writing business, I’d write another few paragraphs about her great customer service as well, but to wrap things up, I’ll just leave it at this: I’ll definitely be back in the J&M building for my next vehicle! The best used car transaction I ever had! Open and honest I bought a Dodge over the internet after speaking with Vinny Petta. I live in North Carolina and we did a video walk around of the car. Vinny is a no pressure guy and trustworthy. After flying up to Ct and arriving at J&M, the car was more than expected. My wife and I were warmly greeted. Vinny brought the car to us for a closer inspection. Again, the car was nicer than expected. The detail team at J&M made a lot of obvious effort to ensure the car was detailed. Any concernes we had about the safety of the car were covered. J&M did a comprehensive inspection of the car. Vinny showed me the repairs the car needed and ensure me everything was inspected and repaired/replaced as needed. The financial side was as easy as it could be. No pressures or surprises and all paperwork was clearly explained. Now being fully comfortable with every detail of the vechical, we were off and our six hundred mile trip back home was great. Very easy to deal with I stopped by this dealership a few times just to look around. Each time i was greeted by a salesperson who simply asked if i needed help, introduced t I stopped by this dealership a few times just to look around. Each time i was greeted by a salesperson who simply asked if i needed help, introduced themselves, then told me to stop inside if i found anything. on my final trip i had already found a vehicle i was interested in. A salesman Ray came out and asked if i needed any assistance. i informed him id like to test drive it. He got the keys from their other building, slightly annoying but no huge deal, we took a drive and I agreed to buy. never felt any pressure, i was given plenty of time to check out the vehicle and "play" with anything i wasn't fully sure about the function of. I haven't dealt with a used car dealership in a long time but I would definitely recommend this one. More

2 vans in 5 months!! Our guy Luis was amazing!! He helped us get into a van back in the summer and trade in our 4 door that was on its last leg! Luis is super accomadating Our guy Luis was amazing!! Luis is super accomadating and very straight forward when it comes to what work will be done on the vehicle before pick up etc! Unfortunately 3 months later I totaled the van and luckily knew exactly who to call for help! On his day off Luis was able to get me in touch with another rep in the office who was able to start giving me info on some more vans! And sure enough we were able to get approval for an even newer and nicer van since our credit already started going up! Will buy all my cars from here going forward!! More
