Stay away from this place I do not recommend this place to anyone. I got a car from J&M two months ago and on the first week the car was giving me problems with the ignition an I do not recommend this place to anyone. I got a car from J&M two months ago and on the first week the car was giving me problems with the ignition and it turned out that the spark plugs had oil which meaning that there’s a problem with the head. Besides that, there are some cables that are exposed because the cover was melted and now it’s giving me electrical problems. I took it back to the dealer and spoke with everyone starting from the manager to resolve the issues TWICE, they promised that it’ll get done and that I was going to get another car to drive until it gets fixed. That never happened. They gave me the run around and told me that there was residue so they just cleaned the spark plugs. They kept lying and at the end they never fixed anything. I had to take my car to a shop before it got worse. Do not ever get a car from this place unless you want to loose your money. Very unethical but I hope that stuff like this never happens to anyone because it’s stressful and not worthy. If you or your family needs a car, please go somewhere else, you will thank me later. More

Vinnie came out to assist me and asked me what vehicle I was interested in. I test drove three vehicles and chose a Caddy. I love the vehicle and knew immediately that I wanted it. Dannielle explained everything to me and the purchase was a breeze. The service team cleaned the vehicle and I picked it up the following day. A+ Great dealership, I will definitely come back in the future and refer friends and family. More

Quite amazing! I spotted a car from cars.com that I wanted to check out, and met Danny at the dealership that day. He was able to have it driven down to my personal mechanics to check it over, then fixed a couple things they caught on the car. About a week later I came back to purchase. Dannielle was very helpful and set my financing up and I was able to drive it home same day. Amazing car, great price, and wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend J&M. More
