Always professional and conscientious! Always finish my scheduled work in a timely fashion. When I have had to drop in on a more urgent matter they have always accommodated me. They have always be upfront and professional with me about all 3 of my Honda cars. The are courteous and conscientious about my needs, time, and budget! I have sent my 3 teenagers there with repair or maintenance needs for the Honda they drive. They have all been treated well and have learned about car care and driving/safety tips. More

I was pleasantly surprised when my service advisor Melissa told me the part was in stock and the work could be done by 2 PM. At 1;30PM , Melissa, called as promised telling me my car was ready.. We were at other dealerships that day and what they said they had on inventory on-line was not the case. However, we found JL Freeds actual inventory and online inventory were the same. Our sales consultant Jerry was patient with us and listened to us and def was not a high pressure sales rep which is what we like. He gets it and Freeds get it to! Having gone through a traumatic week following an accident where we had to quickly get a new car, Sean and Chris made the process smooth and stress free. A sigh of relief. Got my first Honda from them in 1999, acquired many Freed Honda’s in the past year and will continue to go back as their customer service and professionalism is top notch. More
