Had my annual maintenance for my leased HRV and everything went fine. What I appreciated most was that there were a couple of things that I could've had repaired yesterday, but could wait till next time and they took pictures of them to show me exactly what they were talking about. The engine filter, the cabin filter, and the gravel guard.They didn't push me to do it yesterday and honestly told me what could wait.

Terrible experience. They were friendly and accommodating but when we started talking numbers, they were misleading in the discounts, manipulating the MSRP to make it look like there was a deeper discount. When I reviewed the numbers after double checking the VIN at home and called them on it, they gave me a bogus excuse of the MSRP was updated "the next day." I felt they were deliberately trying to obfuscate. I dealt with another dealership and it was 180 experience. Don't come here!

When I went back last year I found out they no longer make them stick shift I had to finance the vehicle because I loved it so much. He was very kind and informative.
