This place is xxxxxxxx. I’ve come in twice and both times was left with more damage and parts missing then before! Matt was extremely unhelpful. After going through the car damages with my husband and claimi was left with more damage and parts missing then before! Matt was extremely unhelpful. After going through the car damages with my husband and claiming it will be fixed they did a half xxx job and did not even reattach the mud guard which is now falling off. He claims that the damages were under dirt. What a shocker considering it was more than a week before you took it back to repair it and I had already been down to the beach with it. This place is a scam. Another time I took it in to have my hatchback fixed as it would no longer open. They must’ve gone through a side panel inside the car and never replaced it. I got it back with a big plastic chunk missing out the back and when I called about it they took over a week to get the part and replace that. What happened to the one originally in my car! I can only assume their sales department is just as cruddy as matt the “director” of the service department. More

Games with the Car price (read the fine print) I was very disappointed to learn that because I wanted to finance a used car through my own bank/credit union the price of the car would be higher tha I was very disappointed to learn that because I wanted to finance a used car through my own bank/credit union the price of the car would be higher than advertised on the website. The sales manager eventually agreed to sell it for the internet price but that felt like a bait & switch. Once we agreed on full price I was not allowed to leave a deposit until the check arrived from my bank to hold the car from being sold. I have purchase 8 cars (mostly used) over the last 10 years Honda (Keenan, Sussman) or Acura(Bridgewater, Mongomeryville), Toyota (Thompson, Sloane) and NEVER have I not been allowed to leave a deposit to hold the car. I understand the business side that a dealer receives a fee for directing business to their affiliate banks which increases their profits. Bad image for a car dealership. More
