I was told that I could not schedule a service appointment for my airbag recall repair. As a result, I had to come to the service center and wait. The waiting room was very crowded, noisy and uncomfortable. Perhaps my wait time could have been minimized if I was permitted to schedule a specific appointment for my airbag recall repair. More
