2 hour wait for a state inspection I made an appointment for a state inspection for a 2 year old CRV. The appointment was made approximately 3 weeks in advance. I arrived 5 minutes ear I made an appointment for a state inspection for a 2 year old CRV. The appointment was made approximately 3 weeks in advance. I arrived 5 minutes early. I left almost 2 hours later. No one advised me that the wait time would be that long and at no time during the wait did anyone come into the waiting room to keep me posted on the progress of the inspection. I was very disappointed. More

Very good experience. The drop off went quickly. I was impressed with the service department. I used the shuttle to take me back home. The driver was friendly and efficient The drop off went quickly. Awesome Customer Service We've been using JL Freed as our service provider for 25 years. Without a doubt they are the best. I recommend them to all my friends. They are res We've been using JL Freed as our service provider for 25 years. Without a doubt they are the best. I recommend them to all my friends. They are responsive, helpful and provide the detail we need to determine what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait - helping us manage our maintenance costs - that alone is worth a lot of money in my book. They fix all 3 of our cars and we have been happy every time. Definitely the place we will be going to fix our cars for as long as we can. Oh and did I mention the fresh cookies my kids are always will to come to pick up cars for? Definitely a win-win. And there's the parts department - yet another fantastic experience. We had some keys that lost their screws or were just loose and the parts department helped fix them without having to buy a new key - my husband was thrilled (He had the keys fixed so I don't know who he talked to). I can go on and on. More
