Debbie was fantastic and able to answer any/all questions via email. I was able to confirm an array of cars that fit my wants, and she worked with finance to mock up some financing scenarios. Pat was as seasoned as they come and it made my experience seamless. There was no “gray” area most folks are afraid of. He presented scenarios and was flexible on any/all pain points. I intend to leverage both of them in the future and leverage JL Freed for all my car needs! More

Started off with Regina Jacobs sending us a quote by email, which was the lowest bid of all the dealerships I researched. As I was going through the process, she stood by her quote and was upfront, honest, and a real pleasure to work with. We were greeted pleasantly by Regina, when we arrived at the dealer, and she introduced us to Nico Shearer. Although we arrived at 4:30pm, and Nico had already been working since 9 am, he graciously escorted us to his desk, and proceeded to process our contract. Nico showed us the vehicle we had chosen, we confirmed the price given to us by Regina, and we proceeded with the purchase. Nico is very knowledgeable about the Honda product line, and answered all of the questions without hesitation. He was very kind, and once we were done in the Finance office, he took the extra time to go over every feature on the vehicle. JL Freed should consider him a great asset to their organization. And it didn't stop there. We were introduced to the Finance Mgr, Chris Beck, and escorted to his office. Best part of that experience....in and out in 15 min. Who could ask for more. The sales department was friendly and knowledgeable. The sales process was smooth and my sales person helped answer all my questions concerning the vehicle and the sales process. My sales person provided a positive experience and I recommend J.L. Freed to all my friends, family and Co-workers. With such a positive sales experience I choose to take my car back to J.L. Freed for service. I went in for my first oil change and had a great experience. Once again the service department was friendly and helpful. Good, prompt service I received good service and they finished promptly. One coincidence(?), shortly after leaving the service center, my low tire pressure light came on. The tires don't seem to be losing any air, so I am wondering if when they rotated my tires, did they do something to the tire pressure gauge on one of the tires? Just wondering, otherwise good service. More
