It was challenging for them to handle all the people coming in for end of the year deals but they tried to minimize the waiting as much as possible. When I provided competitive price quotes I received from other dealers, they worked with me to provide a better price. You still have to shop around to get the best price but that is normal. Never have I ever had a live MOUSE 🐁 in my car! But the “evidence” it left behind, left no doubt. Since I’ve only had the car 2.5 weeks....The first thing I did was t had a live MOUSE 🐁 in my car! But the “evidence” it left behind, left no doubt. Since I’ve only had the car 2.5 weeks....The first thing I did was to contact my salesman (Geoff Smith) to ask about bringing the CR V in to be checked for potential damage and/or a nest...Ewww! 😬 He immediately responded to my text and told me they would check it. The service department saw my car the very next morning. They noted what repairs were needed (minimal) and that the coast was clear of any unauthorized residents. What a relief 😅 The body shop is going to preform the necessary repairs soon. I appreciate the service department’s willingness to work me into their schedule. More
