My only recommendation is that if there is any way to increase the number of work stations/ cubicles, that would be nice. Great service as promised My advisor, Chris Ofner, did a great job. She called me after receiving the car via the night drop to go over what I wanted done. Unequivocally unprofessional I had my car serviced for a recall issue and told them I needed to have the work finished by 4pm, which they agreed to do. Shortly after 3pm I called I had my car serviced for a recall issue and told them I needed to have the work finished by 4pm, which they agreed to do. Shortly after 3pm I called to check on the progress and was told it would be ready by 4pm. Less than five minutes later, I received a call stating the car would not be ready by 4pm. When my husband was finally able to pick the car up, the service invoice listed my email address with an extremely derogatory word. I called and spoke to a receptionist who was very understanding, but the message I received from the service manager basically said it wasn't that bad and must have been a typo and they would put the correct address in the system. I had been very happy with JL Freed up until that point and had even recommended the dealership to family, friends, and a stranger at a gas station who asked about my car, but after this experience I will not be recommending them any longer and at the completion of my lease I will likely find another dealer. I am extremely disappointed and feel disrespected and dismissed. More
