He explained to me; when I called to verify the Ken was very friendly and helpful when my wife took our CRV in for some indicator lights that were on. He explained to me; when I called to verify the code, what the car needed for repair, the price for the repair, and why it happened. We have always taken our CRV for routine maintenance and always had great, timely service !! Although I really didn't understand why we were charged 60$ for the diagnostic code reading when we get all of our service done there, AutoZone does it complimentary for free if you buy anything or not. However, we will have the service done in the future and maybe, hopefully they will honor the code reading and wave the fee when the service is preformed. Thanks again Ken, your our Honda man!!
